Urbans on the road

We rounded the corner and the hillside opened up before us. Panoramic sweeping views of green pastures, weeping willows swaying with the wind, and the smell of…. cows and all that comes with it. He inhaled a deep breath and smiled like a giddy teenager. Then exhaled the stress of the world and adjusted his seat back while I chauffeured him around for a driving tour of the countryside.

That’s right folks, the Urbans are on vacation. Well, we are kind of all over the place, but it totally counts.

Harmony is spending a week at Tel Hai Camp in local Lancaster, so Steve and I decided to hang around rather than make the 6 hour round trip trek twice. That and the overprotective Daddy didn’t want to leave his little girl in another state while we all continued on with life, so here we are, on a welcomed break in the countryside. Greyson is trying out some quality alone time with his grandparents and me and the mister are inhaling the slower pace (and shoofly pies)!
