Portraits should be in your hand. To touch and feel and pass around in a tangible way. As more and more people embrace the tangible portrait experience, it’s so important to me that client’s be able to touch and feel handcrafted items that will be passed down for generations. Digital products are fun, for now. And we love to have our family portraits on our phones and spread through social media to share with those who we don’t get to see daily. But for family in the years to come, it’s a wonderful thing to cherish the tangible items that your grandchildren will one day hold.

From the handcrafted chapter box to the hand made linen envelopes, and from the hand dyed ribbon to the hand bound linen journals, each item has been touched by an artisan that cares for their products and it’s representation as much as I care for the photographs that will be showcased through them. It’s their legacy to help provide these tangible items to pass on to your family.

These are just some of the items that are included with every portrait session in The Story of Family Experience®. There is a specific intentional purpose to each of these items, and as we work together I can’t wait to walk you through each one!

Angelsea teaches and photographs throughout the United States, and resides with her husband of 17 years, their two children, and their barely 3 pound Yorkie near Long Beach Island, New Jersey.
