Long Beach Island has some glorious light, but on this night it was particularly amazing! It’s always fun shooting at a private estate, but this estate located in Loveladies, Long Beach Island, had so many areas for us to explore with the kids which made it just, perfect!
I had the pleasure to photograph Cristina previously when she participated in The Portrait Project, so I was thrilled to be able to photograph her along with her husband and each of their children. It’s always important to me that each child have their own photograph with their parents. That years from now when they go away to camp, or college, or marriage, that they each have something that is their own. A daughter with her parents. A son with his father. Cristina and Jack are wonderful examples of what it means to leave a legacy for their children. Leading in the way they should go. Being an example to them with their actions, not just their words as they continually serve others. It was my pleasure to photograph their family.
